John Oyhenart, MBA, PCC, is the Principal of the PivotStone Group and an organizational consultant, certified coach, trainer, educator, and advisor to senior management in energy and a variety of other industries. Over a 30-year career in utilities and energy efficiency, John led energy efficiency sales and program implementation teams, and was responsible for recruiting technical and non-technical staff engaged in all phases of energy program design, measurement, and execution. John holds a BS in Economics from George Mason University and an MBA from George Washington University.
