Mr. Brandau got his start in recruiting in April of 1998 in the IT Staffing Industry. Over the years he has recruited for all types of IT, sales and a wide variety of other skill sets. In 2009 he co-founded Career-Confidence.org. which provides FREE job search educational seminars to motivated job seekers. These seminars are run as if they were graduate degree seminar classes. He has been quoted in the US News and World Report Annual Career Guide issue. While he teaches on almost every job search topic, Robert loves teaching on “How to Find Your Job Without a Resume” and “How to Negotiate Your Job Offer”.
