The Association of Energy Engineers-National Capital Chapter Annual Job Fair and Career Seminar will be held on October 12, 2018 at George Mason University. This event will be an excellent opportunity for both experienced engineers and engineering students to contact leading companies in the energy efficiency industry. In addition, a panel of employment experts from the energy management field will present at a seminar focused on career advancement and job searching.

In 2015 & 2016, Mr. Alexander was a speaker at AEE/NCC career fairs. His enthusiastic and motivational style has been very popular with attendees. This year, Mr. Alexander is back to moderate our panel and add his insights to the Q&A portion of the day. Mr. Alexander has a long and successful record of working with clients and candidates on recruiting, retention and compensation and other general management challenges to help build high-performing teams.
Born in Seoul, Korea, and immigrating to the US in 7th grade, Tony has overcome financial, language, and cultural challenges to complete his undergraduate studies at George Mason University and master's degree at the Johns Hopkins University. Tony successfully launched his career with a Big Four accounting firm and he has been a leader in the financial services industry for almost a decade before starting YNJ. He spends much of his free time
volunteering as a career coach with non-profits helping low-income families.
Tim is from Fishkill, New York, went to school at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh for both his undergraduate and master's degrees. Tim has over a decade of experience in business strategy and process improvement. He has worked for several top-tier international consulting firms and has been involved in the hirfeg of many new team members. He volunteers as a mentor to many recent grads and moonlights as a serial entrepreneur.
The cost of admission is just $30.00 for NCC members and $40.00 for nonmembers. Students are admitted free-of-charge.
