Jason Tucker is the Manager of Project Execution for Pepco Holdings’ Smart Grid and Technology Department. Jason has been with Pepco Holdings since 2009, serving in a variety of roles across Pepco Holdings’ three operating companies Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, and Pepco. In his current role, Jason and his team have responsibility for implementation of emerging technology projects across Pepco Holdings including plug-in vehicle infrastructure, battery storage, unmanned aircraft systems, and smart cities technologies. Prior to his current role, Jason spent three years as an engineer in Delmarva Power’s Environmental Planning department and six years as the Supervising Engineer for Atlantic City Electric’s Transmission Engineering department.

Jennifer Grisham is a Principal Program Manager for Pepco Holdings’ Smart Grid and Technology Department. In this role, she is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the EV programs within PHI’s three regulated utility subsidiaries: Pepco, Delmarva Power & Light Company (Delmarva Power), and Atlantic City Electric Company (ACE). She is also responsible for stakeholder outreach, ensuring education plans are developed and implemented as well as a positive customer experience for this new market. Prior to her present role, Jennifer served as the Regulatory Lead for several major utility initiatives and construction projects, developing the requests to obtain approval from PHI’s regulatory governing bodies.

Mark Warner is a Vice-President at Gabel Associates, with a focus on developing advanced energy projects for commercial and public clients and other early stage market development initiatives. Mark brings over 35 years of experience leading technical teams in emerging markets. Recent efforts have focused on the widespread electrification of transportation, and the associated impacts on energy markets and electricity infrastructure. In addition to engaging with state policy makers on overall EV market development, Mark is working with leading utilities in multiple states to assess the risks and opportunities associated with EVs, and develop strategies, programs, and regulatory filings. Current work focuses on methods for assessing the costs and benefits associated with widespread EV adoption, quantifying the impacts of vehicle charging on the grid, and exploring opportunities for innovation in vehicle charging. Mark previously served as the Director of Energy at the Sustainability Institute at The College of NJ and Sustainable Jersey, building on over a decade of experience running one of the first solar energy companies in New Jersey. Other key focus areas include renewable energy (especially solar), energy master planning, energy storage, and microgrids.
